Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship at Unipres?
I wanted to do an apprenticeship at Unipres as I like learning through practical hands-on experience. Also, Unipes offers the opportunity to further improve your skills and gain qualifications. I chose to become an apprentice at Unipres as I believe I can become a solid part of the team, always providing the best quality products for the customers.
What skills have you learnt whilst on your apprenticeship?
So far, I have learnt how to work safely within a large team and how to efficiently produce products whilst ensuring they all conform to customer specifications. I have also learnt how to efficiently produce products whilst ensuring they all conform to customer specifications. I have also acquired a flexible approach to working, taking on overtime when required.
What advice would you give to someone thinking about doing an apprenticeship?
If you struggle with a classroom-based environment, an apprenticeship may be for you as you can instantly apply what you learn on the job and receive feedback to help reach your goals.
