On Friday 17 May, a team from Unipres joined Theo James Recruitment for the Manufacturers Ramble on.
As part of mental health week, the 10k walk from Souter Lighthouse was to raise money for Andy’s Man Club who are a men’s suicide prevention charity.
Throughout the walk, we heard from Oliver Bell, a workplace wellbeing specialist who spoke about mental health and gave topics for throughout the walk.
Cassie Hornsby said: “The manufacturer’s ramble walk was really interesting. It was great to speak to so many different people from different companies and also to listen to Ollie Bell educate us on mental health awareness.
Sean Charlton (Academy Tutor), Cassie Hornsby (Health & Safety Advisor) and Helen Cartwright (Media & Communications Officer) raised £335 for the charity.
