Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship at Unipres?
The best thing about being an apprentice is earning while learning and gaining qualifications and skills.
What advice would you give to someone thinking about doing an apprenticeship?
I would recommend you research the engineering roles and what the job entails in depth to ensure it is the right path for you and you are willing to start a career in engineering.
What are you most proud of doing on your apprenticeship?
I currently have my own zone on the shop floor to look after and ensure that it is running smoothly. If there is any jobs to do within that zone it is up to me to fix them and ensure the robots are back up and running as soon as possible.
What do you hope to have achieved in the next five years?
In the next 5 years I hope to complete my apprenticeship and hopefully complete further education, degree level and start progressing in my career within Unipres.
